New Track record shows team Canada has what it takes eh!

This is long - track speed skater Christine Nesbitt. She broke the Richmond olympic oval track record (1:56.89) previously set by German Annie Friesinger (1:58.66). She also beat the unofficial record by Ottawa's Kristina Groves (1:57.75) who's run was disqualified for hitting a lane puck (those orange pucks in the picture). Why is this an interesting story? Well that picture is the human machine in peak condition and performance. Not only does it work well but it looks good doing it too. What would the best speed skating robot look like? Could it also conform to our preconceptions of beauty?
