The flu season looming over the horizon and vaccines being rushed out of the labs without proper trials. Here is a theory... you have control of a large population of people, but you want complete control. First, make a killer, and I mean KILLER flu. Second, make a vaccine for said flu. Third, watch non conforming dissidents to your regime, who did not get vaccinated, die from your flu. Lastly, party likes it's 1999!
